Jackfruit
is a seasonal fruit and one can find a lot of tender ones in the
market too. The curries and gravies cooked with this tastes yummy . Though
the process of dressing this fruit is a bit tedious affair, but the
taste the fruit renders is worth the effort. I wanted to make
something different with this and so for a weekend snack , nothing beats the
amazing Jackfruit Cutlets.
