MASOOR DAL PAKODA

Masoor Dal Pakodas......




Ingredients:
1 cup massor dal soaked for 3 to 4 hrs
2 medium onions finely chopped
garlic- 8 to 10 cloves
green chillies- 2 nos
6 to 7 curry leaves
1 tsp of jeera
a pinch of edible soda
salt

How to make Masoor dal pakodas.....

1. Wash and soak the masoor dal for 3 to 4 hours. Drain all the water and keep aside.



2. 
 Add garlic, green chillies and make a coarse batter of this.


3.Add chopped onions, curry leaves,jeera, edible soda,salt and mix well.




3.Fry the pakodas on medium heat till brown and crisp. transfer to a plate.




















4.Enjoy with a hot cup of Tea.....
