Watermelon is
rich in anti-oxidants, good source of potassium and are good for
cardiovascular diseases, colon cancer and diabetes. watermelon is a
thirst and heat reducer. Watermelon Juice are great for
calorie conscious people as well. As watermelons are already sweet so
there is no need of adding sugar to it. Some benefits of watermelon are it
aids digestion, provides minerals, vitamins to the body. Watermelon has a
lot of water content and fiber which is great to beat the heat in summer,
acts as a coolant to our bodies. Watermelon Lemonade is a drink
for the summers.
Ingredients:
Watermelon
Juice - 500 ml
Sparkling
Soda water - 2 cups
Juice
of 2 lemon
Ice
cubes.
1 tsp
mango ginger
Black
salt
Let's learn how to do Watermelon Lemonade:
Cut the watermelon and make cubes of watermelon. Put the cubes on a sewer and charred on gas stove to have a smokey flavour to it.
Put it in a blender to make the water melon juice, strain it through a sieve
and pour the juice into a pitcher and keep aside.
Add mango ginger, ice and the lemon juice along with black salt into the blender
and blend well till the ice is crushed .
Pour in the crushed ice,ginger into serving glass. pour the watermelon juice into it.
Add the soda just before pouring or else you will lose out on the sparkling fizz.
Serve chilled to beat the summer heat.

This is one cooler which gives the "jaan mein jaan aayi" effect when one comes indoors from the scorching heat and gulps this down. By spelling out the benefits of watermelon you have given us all the more reason to slurp down this super refreshing cooler.
